Fee Structure

  • The school fees cover twelve months. Pupils will be charged full fees as long as their names are on the rolls.
  • All school fees are to be paid in cash between the 10th and 20th of every English Calender month. If 20th is a holiday, fees should be paid on the next working day.
  • All fees will be collected from Monday to Saturday as per timings given with office timings. If fee is brought by students, they should deposit the fee at the Fee Counter before going to class. School will not be responsible for any money lost by students.
  • School Fee to be paid on quarterly basis.
  • In case fees are not paid within the due date, a late fee of ` 300/- per month will be charged.
  • If fees have not been paid for three months, the name of the student may be struck off from the rolls without any further notice and re-admission will be required with re-admission fee.
  • Re-admission of such student shall be at the sole discretion of the Principal.
  • Re-admission, if granted, shall include payment of all arrears, including late fee and fresh re-admission fee of ` 2000/-
  • Fee receipts should be kept in safe custody and produced at the school if called for.
  • Correct particulars such as Admission Number, Name, Class, Section and Roll Number of the student should be written while depositing the fees.
  • A student will not be given his Report Card or Transfer Certificate if his/her dues are not cleared.
  • For any payment made to the school, a receipt must be obtained by the Parents from the person collecting such payments.
